Meanwhile, it has come to the notice that Air India has proposed to vacate the space or close the operations at some Airports and is seeking a "No Dues Certificate". The concerned Airport(s), while examining the request has informed that as per the SAP Records, the outstanding dues are appearing in AAI Books, and hence Air India has to settle the dues before handing over the premises to AAl.

ln order to clarify the issue, it is informed that in view of the Board's decision to waive/write off 50% of the dues up to 31.03.2021, no amount is outstanding on account of Traflicl Non-Traffic operation up to 31.03.2021. For the period from April 2021 to Dec, 2021, Air lndia has settled the AAI invoices.

Thus, the outstanding dues appearing in AAI Books as per SAP as on date for the period up to 31.12.2021 would be adjusted shortly at CHQ in coordination with Air India.

In view of the above, the request received from Air India, if any, vacation/surrender of space may be considered accordingly. However, the current dues from 01 .01 .2022 may be taken up with Air India.
