ACC approves Key Appointments in Defence PSUs and CVC
The ACC has approved key appointments in defence PSUs and the CVC, including Ms. Madhubala Kalluri at MIDHANI, Shri Sunil Kumar Panangadan at GRSE, Shri Sachin Dighde at BEML, and Shri Kapil Deo Narayan in the CVC.
New Delhi, July 17, 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of the Department of Defence Production for the appointment of Ms. Madhubala Kalluri, General Manager, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), to the post of Director (Finance), MIDHANI.
Further, the government has approved the proposal of the Department of Defence Production for the appointment of Shri Sunil Kumar Panangadan, Chief General Manager, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), to the post of Director (Corporate Planning & Personnel), GRSE.

Additionally, the government has approved the proposal of the Department of Defence Production for the appointment of Shri Sachin Dighde, Chief Rolling Stock Engineer, M/o Railways, to the post of Director (Defence Business), BEML Ltd.
Lastly, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Kapil Deo Narayan, Superintending Engineer (Civil), CPWD to the post of Chief Technical Examiner in the Central Vigilance Commission.
