Adoption of Artificial Intelligence is helpful for banking services
Hyderabad: The Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) and Microsoft India suggests Artificial Intelligence (AI) for better banking services, improves customer access, and very profitable to reduce the risk in technology.
The Hyderabad-based Institute said for higher adoption of the AI in the banking systems to give better banking services to its customer.
A paper is released by Saurabh Mishra, joint secretary, department of financial services, ministry of Finance services titled, “AI in Banking: A Primer”, where he mentions that there are some challenges that need to be increased the adoption of AI in the Indian Banking and Finance industry which includes the existing manpower in new skills, making current banking progress adaptable with AI.
