Amit Raj recommended for Director Technical of MECON Limited

New Delhi: Public enterprises selection board (PESB) on May 19, recommended Amit Raj for the post of Director (Technical) of MECON Limited, formerly known as Metallurgical & Engineering Consultants (India) Limited. Currently, he is serving as the Senior General Manager in the same company.

PESB interviewed a total of eight applicants from MECON Limited, Engineers India Ltd., NTPC Limited and RINL.

The following applicants were interviewed in the selection meeting:

2 Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Chief General Manager, MECON Limited
3 Mr. Vinay Kumar Jha, Chief General Manager, MECON Limited
4 Mr. Ghanshyam, Chief General Manager, MECON Limited
5 Mr. Amit Raj, Senior General Manager, MECON Limited
6 Mr. Rajeev Chak, General Manager, Engineers India Ltd.
7 Mr. Amit Kumar Kuksheshtha, General Manager, NTPC Limited
8 Mr. Manoj Kumar Sinha, General Manager, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL)

The above recommendation is subject to the final outcome of the WP(C) No.2675 of 2023 filed in the Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi.
