ASCI & Public Financial Management Training Society, Govt of Rajasthan inks MoU
Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad and Public Financial Management Training Society, Government of Rajasthan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 09, 2022, at Bella Vista Campus of ASCI, Hyderabad.

NEW DELHI- Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad and Public Financial Management Training Society, Government of Rajasthan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 09, 2022, at Bella Vista Campus of ASCI, Hyderabad.
Dr Nirmalya Bagchi, Director General (I/c) and Dr Valli Manickam, Dean of Training Programmes on behalf of ASCI, and Mr Sudhir Kumar Sharma, IAS, Secretary Finance (Budget Department), Mr Ashotosh Vajpeyi, Joint Secretary Finance on behalf of Public Financial Management Training Society, Rajasthan, signed the MoU.
The objective of the MoU is to cooperate in developing and delivering the training programmes to train and enhance the capacity of officials and related stakeholders of the Government of Rajasthan.
As per the MoU:
- ASCI will develop and deliver the relevant training Programmes for the Public Financial Management Training Society
- ASCI develops the courseware on topics identified by the society
- ASCI will ensure providing professionally qualified and suitably experienced faculty
- ASCI will establish a mechanism for training feedback
- The Training Society of Rajasthan ensures the identification and selection of participants for all the selected training programmes
- The Training Society will facilitate the ASCI with the required training infrastructure
