BCPL celebrates Van Mahotsav 2021
A plantation drive was carried out at BCPL, Dibrugarh on 6th July 2021 in association with District Forest Division, Dibrugarh.
New Delhi: BCPL celebrated "Van Mahotsav 2021” amidst pandemic following all the COVID protocols. This year, an initiative on afforestation has been undertaken by BCPL in association with District Forest Division, Dibrugarh.
A plantation drive was carried out at BCPL, Dibrugarh on 6th July 2021 in association with District Forest Division, Dibrugarh. On this occasion, Shri Reep Hazarika Managing Director, BCPL along with senior officials took part in the plantation drive.
Shri Golap Kumar Boniya, Assistant Conservator of Forest was present along with his team from the District Forest office. The main objective of this programme is to spread awareness of forest conservation and to protect the environment.
BCPL as a responsible corporate citizen and its commitment towards sustainable development has accorded the highest priority to environmental considerations throughout all phases from concept to commissioning and its operation.
