BHEL executing approx 440 TKM of railway lines of North Central Railway
New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited, BHEL an Indian public sector engineering and manufacturing company has leveraged its rich project execution experience to execute railway electrification projects by actively participating in all opportunities of railway electrification.
Union Budget 2021-22 provided for 100% electrification of the broad gauge network by December 2023. BHEL is presently executing electrification of 440 TKM (approx.) of railway lines in Birla Nagar-Etawah, Bhandai-Udi and Farrukhabad-Shikobad including Mainpuri-Etawah sections of North Central Railway.
