BPCL declares Record Date for Final Dividend Payment for FY25-26
The final dividend is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) proposed to be held in August 2025.
State-run BPCL has declared the Record Date for the purpose of final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2025.
According to the exchange filing, it is informed that the Company has fixed Thursday, 31st July 2025 as ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the members who would be entitled for the final dividend of Rs.5/- per equity share for the financial year 2024-25.
The final dividend is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) proposed to be held in August 2025. The date of the AGM will be informed separately, the company informed the bourses.
The final dividend, if approved, will be paid to the eligible members within the stipulated period of 30 days from the date of AGM, it added.
Shares of BPCL were closed at Rs 347.15, down by 0.20% at BSE.
