BRINDAVAN GARDENS GETS CLEANING LOGISTICS SUPPORT FROM BEML UNDER SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAAN
Mysore: BEML LIMITED, a Public Sector Miniratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, has handed over Cleaning Logistics to the Cauvery Neeravari Nigam Limited (CNNL), a Department of Govt. of Karnataka for upkeeping of renowned Brindavan Gardens.
At a function held at Krishnaraja Sagar Dam (KRS), Shri Shri BR Viswanatha, Director (M&C), BEML has handed over the Cleaning Logistics to Shri Basavaraje Gowda, Executive Engineer, CNNL. & Shri B. Shankar, Chief General Manager (Mysore Complex) of BEML was present on the occasion. Officials of BEML, KRS & CNNL were also present in large number to grace the occasion.
BEML, as a Defence PSU, is continuously extended its support in implementing various programmes under Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan which includes cleaning of localities, adopting of villages, construction of toilets in the schools/villages etc.
