Chirmiri Area Land Acquisition: SECL Offers Jobs and Fair Compensation
From February 2022 till now, the company has approved employing more than 1,000 land-displaced people.
New Delhi: Keeping in mind the interests of the landowners and to speed up the mine expansion, a total compensation amount of Rs 18 lakh and employment has been provided in 3 cases of land acquisition for the expansion of the Baratunga mine in SECL Chirmiri area.

It may be noted that keeping in mind the interests of the land-displaced people, SECL is working quickly to quickly dispose of land acquisition cases. From February 2022 till now, the company has approved employing more than 1,000 land-displaced people.
