CIL installed 50 oxygen concentrators to fight Covid
The oxygen concentrators were installed at the COVID medical facilities of Northern Coalfields Ltd. in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh and Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. at Dhanbad in Jharkhand.
Oxygen Concentrators installed by Coal India Limited at NCL and BCCL
New Delhi: Coal India Limited, a state-owned coal mining corporate has installed 25 oxygen concentrators at the COVID medical facilities of Northern Coalfields Ltd. in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, and 25 have been sent to the COVID medical facilities in Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. at Dhanbad in Jharkhand, to fight COVID-19.
An oxygen concentrator takes in air and removes nitrogen from it, leaving an oxygen-enriched gas for use by people requiring medical oxygen due to low oxygen levels in their blood.
