New Delhi: CIL makes and distributes masks to curb COVID-19. Wearing a face mask is an effective way to help contain transmission of corona virus. CIL and its companies are leaving no stone unturned. They are getting the face masks stitched at their skill development centers and distributing them to employees and people living in and around their mines.
They are also giving the facemasks to the district administration for wider distribution. CIL and its companies have distributed over 5,33,173 masks free, to fight COVID-19, across eight coal producing states.
