CIL signs 1461.81 Cr. contract with IZ-Kartex Russia
Shri. Binay Dayal, Director – Technical, CIL signed the contract on behalf of CIL
New Delhi: Coal India Limited has signed an Rs. 1461.81 crores contract with M/s IZ-Kartex Russia for supply, installation, and commissioning of eleven 20 CuM Electric Rope Shovels for Northern Coalfields Limited. The delivery of all equipment is to be made by September 2023. The contract includes the supply of spares & consumables for a period of eight years.

Binay Dayal, Director – Technical, CIL signed the contract on behalf of CIL, and Mr. Yan V Tsenter, Chairman of Board of Directors, General Director, IZ-Kartex signed on behalf of M/s IZ-Kartex. Shri. Pramod Agrawal, Chairman, CIL, Shri. S.N.Tiwary, Director - Marketing / P&IR, Shri. Samiran Dutta, Director - Finance, CIL / BCCL, and senior officials were present on the occasion.
