NEW DELHI- Two days Workshop on Leadership Development Program "Udaan - A Leadership Retreat" for senior management of CMPDI concluded on 19.03.2023. Brigadier (Retired) Shri Sushil Bhasin, Leadership Coach/Corporate Trainer on the second day of workshop through various Indoor and outdoor exercises explained how to develop/adopt Strategic Leadership, Personal development, Change management, Innovation and how to be Resilient and focused while facing problems/ difficulties. He said traits like discipline, trust, bold and risk taking, problem solving abilities, taking leadership etc., should be developed to be a true leader.

In the valedictory session, Shri Manoj Kumar, CMD, CMPDI lauded the commitment and enthusiasm of GMs/Senior Management to learn from workshop for achieving orgazational goals. He further said creative solutions, leadership abilities gained in the workshop will benefit the organisation and and also said to use strengths and expertise of each other GMs through collaboration to achieve the organizational targets.

Shri Shankar Nagachari, Director (Tech./ES), emphasizes on team building and lauded the efforts of GMs/HoDs for their efforts. Shri Ajaj Kumar, Director (Tech./ P&D) said there must be collaborative efforts between GMs/HoDs to achieve the organizational goals. Shri S.K. Sinha, C.V.O. said don't let this learning to fade way and implement the learnings in daily jobs.

Shri G.K. Gomasta, Diector (Tech./ CRD); A.K.Rana, Sr.Advisor (Mining); Dr. Kamakshi Raman, ED, IICM; Regional Director of Regional Institutes; GMs/ HoDs were present.
