Coal India Subsidiary CCL Hosts Conference to Showcase CSR Works of Subsidiaries
Coal India Limited's subsidiary, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), has organized a two-day CSR Conference on the theme "Re-Engineering CSR" at its headquarters.

NEW DELHI- Coal India Limited's subsidiary, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), has organized a two-day CSR Conference on the theme "Re-Engineering CSR" at its headquarters in Ranchi. The conference, which began on Monday, has been attended by around 300 delegates.
The inaugural day of the conference saw virtual addresses from Shri Amrit Lal Meena, Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Government of India, and Shri Pramod Agrawal, Chairman - CIL. Smt. Nirupama Kotru, Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor, Govt. of India, Ministry of Coal, and Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P&IR) - CIL were also present on the occasion, along with senior management of CIL & its subsidiaries.

The theme of the conference, "Re-Engineering CSR," reflects the need for a fresh approach to CSR, which aligns with the changing business landscape and social expectations. The conference aims to bring together stakeholders from various sectors to discuss and deliberate on the best practices and the way forward in CSR.
