New Delhi: Union Coal Minister Shri Pralhad Joshi chaired a meeting with senior officials of the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, Coal India Limited & NLC INDIA Limited to review sustainability measures.
Coal India Limited is taking rapid strides towards the goal of net zero carbon emission by 2025-26. NLCIL generated the highest-ever renewable energy among coal CPSUs.

Coal Minister said, Happy to note that coal companies are moving forward on the vision of Aatma Nirbhar Bharat, with a sustainable mining sector at the core. Directed officials to strictly adhere to all deadlines.
