3 Days Comprehensive Executive Development Course at MIDHANI

New Delhi. Training & Development department of MIDHANI  conducted   3 Days Comprehensive Executive Development Course (EDC) for NUS promotes under probation (Pilot Batch) .The Training programme conducted  from 01 Nov 2021 to 03 Nov 2021 at T&D Dept, COE Building for a batch of 13 participants from various cross-functional depts respectively. The  Theme of the training  is “LAKSH 2021” with overall objective GOAL SETTING, VISION, TEAM WORK, CAPACITY BUILDING”.  The overall training objective and framework is designed on various topics which will help the participants to scale up to the next level on behavioral and functional core competencies. The 3 days classroom training is intended to make the employees proficient in Communication and soft skills to make them industry-ready which would enable them to face the various professional challenges with more confidence and proficiency .

As a closing ceremony of the training Programme , valedictory ceremony was conducted on Wednesday 03 Nov 2021 at MIDHANI Training & Development Department Centre of Excellence building. Chief guest of the  function, Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jha- C&MD and Shri Gowri Sankara Rao Naramsetti , Director(Finance) graced the occasion. They complimented  Shri S. Narsinga Rao- AGM (Admin) &  training convenor, Shri P.Sunil Kumar, Dy.Manager (HR) T &D and its entire team for the meticulous planning , organizing , conducting the training program successfully. All the participants expressed their views , thoughts , feedback on the entire programme , thanking the management for taking such a wonderful initiation. All the participants were honoured with certificate of participation.
