NEW DELHI- Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) and Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 20, 2023, to collaborate on utilizing CWC's extensive storage and warehousing space for providing Cold Chain logistics, general warehousing, and other ancillary services.
The MOU was signed by Sh. Adhip Nath Pal Chaudhuri, Director (Service Businesses) of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., and Sh. Rajeev Kumar Bansal, Group General Manager (Commercial) of CWC, in the presence of esteemed officials from both organizations, including Sh. Anuj Kumar, Director (Finance), CWC, and Smt. Sangeeta Ramrakhyani, Director (Personnel), CWC.
This strategic partnership brings together the strengths of CWC, a leading public sector enterprise in the warehousing and logistics domain, and Balmer Lawrie, a renowned player in the field of cold chain logistics. CWC, with its vast network of 458 warehouses located at strategic locations across the country, has been diversifying its operations to adapt to the changing market trends.
