DVC Celebrates Republic Day
KOLKATA. The 68th Republic Day was celebrated in all formations of DVC with much enthusiasm and pride. At DVC Headquarters, Shri Andrew WK Langstieh, Chairman hoisted the National Flag and was given the Guard of Honour by the CISF contingent.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman urged that all DVCians should introspect what they have done for DVC and exhorted all employees to contribute every day. Their contribution to DVC in turn would be a contribution to the nation, he added.
In the said ceremony, the winning teams of “DVC Talent Championship – 2016”- a presentation competition were felicitated. A total of 30 teams from 9 DVC stations participated in the Annual DVC Talent Championship Competition.
