ECIL Handed Over Laparoscopic Machine under CSR activity

ECIL under it's CSR activities of FY 2022-23 had procured and Handed Over Laparoscopic Machine (2. No.’s) to Government General Hospital, Siddipet and  Government District Hospital, Gajwel at a Cost of Rs. 69.66 Lakhs.

NEW DELHI- ECIL under it's CSR activities of FY 2022-23 had procured and Handed Over Laparoscopic Machine (2. No.’s) to Government General Hospital, Siddipet and  Government District Hospital, Gajwel at a Cost of Rs. 69.66 Lakhs in presence of Shri T. Harish Rao garu, Honorable Minister for Health & Family Welfare and  Finance, District Health & Medical Officer and Medical Superintendents of both  Hospitals on 23.03.2023 at an event held at Siddipet. 

Shri C Munikrishna, AGM(P&A) has informed that ECIL has taken up this activity  with utmost care in order to provide better treatment to the people who are not  affordable for high end surgeries through District Administration. 

Further, it is also informed that in the Month of November 2022 ECIL has handed  over Vacuum Assisted Delivery Systems to Government General Hospital, Siddipet  (4 No.’s) and Government District Hospital, Gajwel (2 No.’s) at a cost of Rs. 9.48  Lakhs. 

Honorable Minister Shri T. Harish Rao garu appreciated the efforts of ECIL and  thanked for equipping Government Hospitals with advanced technology machines  which helps to provide better treatment to the people at large dependent on  Government Health System. 

These machines are rigid with advanced technology,  surgeries can be performed through smaller incision and minimally invasive  operation helps in reduced bleeding and pain, results in faster recovery time and  shorter length of stay in hospital to reduce chances of infection. He added that  Vacuum Assisted Delivery system helps in improving and encouraging normal  deliveries. He opined that more such initiatives are required for the District to  improve the standards of living in the communities by developing the basic  infrastructure. 

ECIL Representatives, Dr. P Venu Babu (Chief Medical Officer) and Shri Sunil Kumar  (Personnel Officer) have participated and made this event successful.
