Hyderabad, July 3, 2025. NMDC Limited has announced that Smt. G. Anupama will be the new Whole-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The Board of Directors confirmed this decision during their meeting on July 3, 2025.

Anupama's appointment takes effect from July 3, 2025, after the retirement of Shri K. Venkateswarlu, the previous CFO, on June 30, 2025. Currently, Anupama is the Chief General Manager (Finance) at NMDC. She has more than 29 years of experience in the mining and metal industry.

Anupama is a highly qualified professional. She holds certifications as a Cost and Management Accountant and a Company Secretary, and she is also a law graduate. She has led significant functions in corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, and strategic financial management. She played a crucial role in NMDC's acquisition of Legacy Iron Ore and in launching the Nagarnar Steel Plant.

Her financial strategies were also key to the turnaround of RINL–Visakhapatnam, showcasing her skills in handling complex financial restructuring and improving institutions.
