Government backed, Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has announced the appointment of Independent Directors.
The Board of Directors has by resolution passed by circulation on 30/06/2025 accorded approval for appointment of the following two persons as Additional Directors (Non-executive Independent Directors) on the Board of the Company effective from the date of their
appointment/ or taking charge as Directors.

The company will take next General Meeting within three months from the approval of the Board for their appointment, wherein the formal approval of the General body would be sought for their regular appointment as Independent Non-executive Directors for a period of three consecutive years from the effective date of their appointment.
