MECL Launches Innovation Hub Portal; Focus on Critical Minerals Exploration
New Delhi, 5 September 2026: Mineral Exploration and Consultancy Limited (MECL) has launched the MEC Innovation Hub Portal to promote innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement in mineral exploration.

Plant saplings were also presented to the dignitaries as a symbol of growth and sustainability.
Vision Shared by CMD
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Indra Dev Narayan, CMD, MECL, stressed the need to focus on the exploration of critical minerals for a sustainable future. He said MECL will continue to collaborate closely with WCL to leverage and expand collective exploration capabilities for a stronger and more self-reliant mineral and mining sector.
On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the CMD urged every employee to share ideas for system improvement and to foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge-sharing and innovation.
The MEC Innovation Hub Portal is designed to make MECL more technology-driven, agile and future-ready.
