GMDC 63rd AGM on 30 Sept 2026 | Annual Report FY 2025-26 Out

Ahmedabad, 5 September 2026: Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited (GMDC) has informed the stock exchanges that the Notice of its 63rd Annual General Meeting along with the Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 has been released.

AGM Details

• Date & Time: Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 11:00 A.M.

• Mode: Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM)

The Company had earlier intimated the AGM schedule on 3 September 2026.

The Annual Report together with the Notice of the 63rd AGM is being sent through electronic mode to all shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company, its RTA or Depository Participants.

In compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a letter providing the web-link for accessing the Annual Report is also being sent to shareholders who have not registered their email addresses.
