Shri Harsimran Singh, CVO, HCL, welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of ethical leadership, transparency, accountability and technology in organisational governance.
Shri Ullas Kumar, IRPS, Chief Manager (HRMS), CRIS, Ministry of Railways, spoke about the role of e-HRMS in streamlining HR processes while promoting transparency and efficiency.
