SJVN Green Energy Ltd invites EOI for Hiring of Office-cum-Bachelor Accommodation on Lease basis
SJVN Green Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested owners or their authorized agents for SGEL office-cum-bachelor accommodation on a lease basis for a period of one year at Nangal.
The last date for bid submission is 11.09.2026.
The Expression of Interest for Hiring of SGEL fully furnished office cum bachelor accommodation space on a lease basis for a period of one year (Approx. Area 2000 sq. ft.) at Nangal.
The requirement is approximately 1000 sq. ft. of built-up area on a single floor for the office and 1000 sq. ft. of area for accommodation in a fully furnished & ready-to-move-in condition. All offers shall be received in sealed envelope through physical form by 11.09.2026 up to 16:00 hrs. shall only be considered.
The EOI offer submitted by the party shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of the EOI. SGEL requires office and accommodation space on lease for a period of one (01) year.
