NTPC Vindhyachal Celebrates Teacher's day 2026 Honouring the Architects of Tomorrow

New Delhi: NTPC Vindhyachal celebrated Teachers’ Day with a grand Teachers’ Felicitation Ceremony at Umang Bhawan Auditorium on September 5, 2026 honouring the invaluable contribution of educators with warmth and dignity. 

Shri Kishore Kumar Hota, ED (Vindhyachal) graced the occasion as Chief Guest, along with senior management officials and Principals and teachers from DPS, DePaul, Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Tiny Tots, Bal Bhawan and Sri Chaitanya Coaching Academy. The celebration began with a warm welcome, presentation of roses and mementoes, followed by lamp lighting and an address by Smt. Ruma De Sharma, GM (HR) who highlighted the pivotal role of teachers as guides, mentors and nation-builders.

Adding vibrancy to the celebrations, Shri Ravindra Mishra presented a soulful self-composed song, while fun games, quizzes and a skating dance performance created an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie. Senior teachers were specially felicitated, and a cake-cutting ceremony further added to the celebrations.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Kishore Hota lauded the dedication and tireless efforts of teachers, describing them as the true architects of society and the nation who nurture talent and shape the future of young minds.

Principals of the participating institutions were felicitated by the Chief Guest and senior dignitaries, who expressed appreciation for the educators’ sustained commitment to shaping the next generation. 

The programme was conducted by Smt. Kamna Sharma, DGM (HR), with the vote of thanks delivered by Smt. Mrinalini, AGM (HR), and concluded with a group photograph, capturing a memorable celebration of those who inspire, empower and shape tomorrow.
