Bank of Baroda Holds 170th SLBC Meeting in Rajasthan

Bank of Baroda convened the 170th State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) meeting in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on September 3, 2026, with discussions focused on cybersecurity, digital lending infrastructure and priority-sector credit.

The meeting was jointly chaired by Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, Chairman, SLBC & Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, and V. Srinivas, Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan.

ULI–e-Dharti Integration in Focus

The meeting discussed integrating ULI with the e-Dharti portal to simplify the online recording of loan-related entries in land records.

The initiative was discussed as part of efforts to improve the digital process associated with lending and land-record entries.

 

Cybersecurity and Priority Sectors

Strengthening cybersecurity and increasing awareness to address the growing threat of cyber fraud were key areas of discussion.

The meeting also reviewed priority-sector focus in line with the four pillars of the Viksit Rajasthan @2047 vision — Garib, Yuva Shakti, Nari Shakti and Annadata.

Performance of member banks under the Annual Credit Plan and Atal Pension Yojana was also reviewed, with banks encouraged to maintain momentum during the ongoing quarter.
