ECL transforms abandoned opencast quarry bed into eco park

New Delhi: Coal India subsidiary, ECL, has converted an old abandoned opencast quarry bed at Chora Block Incline, Kenda area, into an eco-park. The lush green park is home to a variety of fruit-bearing trees, including mango and litchi, and is a popular relaxation site for locals.
