New Delhi: Gas Authority of India has been awarded for its energy conservation practices by PCRA - Petroleum Conservation Research Association 'Saksham', a campaign launched by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India aims to effective implementation of Energy Efficiency practices for a cleaner, greener, and more energy-efficient India.
GAIL (India) Limited has shown organic growth in gas transmission through the years by building a large network of trunk pipelines.
The ‘Saksham’, an annual people-centric mega campaign of the Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, was launched on April 11, 2022, by Sh. Pankaj Jain, Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Chairman-PCRA.
The campaign will continue till 30th April 2022, with the tagline “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav through Green & Clean Energy".
