GAIL holds a Virtual Townhall Meeting
New Delhi: GAIL (India) Limited regularly fosters and motivates its human capital to boost employee morale and improving their quality of life.
In line with this vision, a new initiative "Virtual Town Hall Meeting" was launched on October 6th, 2023, to boost employee morale.

The virtual meeting connected employees from Pata and Vijaipur with Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL. More than 350 employees of GAIL Pata and more than 180 employees of GAIL, Vijaipur were virtually connected during separate rounds of interactive sessions with Director (HR).
The aim of this meeting was to establish first-hand interaction with employees and to encourage them to share their feedback, suggestions, ideas, and areas of concern.
This effort is unique within GAIL and is intended to enhance and refine the company's HR systems and processes.
