GRID India organised Saksham program with IIM Calcutta
The program was aimed to enhance the abilities of the participants involved, enabling them to smoothly progress from front-line positions to middle management roles.

The program helped the participants to develop competencies as first-time managers, learn strategic business decisions and manage their teams effectively, and contribute to their personal and professional growth.
