GRSE docked SMPK vessel PL Hooghly at GRSE-KPDD Dry Dock 3
New Delhi: GRSE successfully docked Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata (SMPK) vessel PL Hooghly at GRSE-KPDD (Khidderpore Dry Dock) Dry Dock 3 for urgent underwater work yesterday on August 29, 2022.
Earlier in late 2021, GRSE collaborates with SMP to look forward to developing new business opportunities in Ship repair & refit of Defence & commercial segments, leading to revenue generation and contributing to skill development, infrastructure upgrade and employment generation in Kolkata.
This provides prospects for ship repair business in the eastern region considering large number of inland vessels operating in this shipping route.
