HIGHER MANAGEMENT OF NCL GIVES SUCCESS MANTRA TO YOUNG EXECUTIVES
Singrauli: Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Northern Coalfields Limited, Shri.P.K Sinha said that NCL is the backbone of energy landscape of the nation and young executives should work in a way that helps NCL scale newer heights. CMD NCL Shri.P.K. Sinha was speaking on the occasion of onboarding of fresh batch of young executives who have joined NCL after having completed their education from reputed colleges of India.
Sharing the essence of his experience gained from over 35 years of dedicated service in the coal industry, Shri.P.K.Sinha said that NCL is one of the leading subsidiaries of Coal India Limited. Clocking the growth of 14% in coal production and 17% in off-take, NCL remains to be the forerunner among all the subsidiary companies of CIL. In the backdrop of such splendid performance of the company, the CMD NCL encouraged young executives to put their best efforts forth.
Welcoming the young executives, Shri Sinha said the company provides best in class facilities to its employees and new joiners can also send their suggestions for further improvement on WhatsApp service of the company.
Asserting the importance of training in shaping one’s skill sets, Shri Sinha said that NCL management will ensure regular training to impart skills germane to one’s work.
Sensitizing the young executives on the coal industry, Shri Sinha made an appeal to young executives to face the challenges with grit and holistic approach. He further said the company provides unlimited prospects of career growth and offers a very rewarding life. He also encouraged young executives to participate in variegated club activities spread across the coal producing areas and service units of the company.
Integrating the young executives to the company, Director (Technical/Operations), Shri Gunadhar Pandey said that the integrity, dedication and conduct are keys that leads to success.
Speaking on the importance of preventive vigilance, Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of NCL, Shri A.K.Srivastava also addressed the young executives and said that starting one’s career from NCL is a matter of pride.
On this occasion, General Managers, Departmental Heads of NCL Headquarters and young executives were present.
