New Delhi: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has entered into an agreement with Automin Car Services Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of Petromin Corporation, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to establish co-branded HP-Petromin Express vehicle service centres across India.
