HUDCO Board approves to raise Debentures worth up to Rs 3,000 crore

State-owned Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has announced to raise debentures of worth Rs 3000.00 crore of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each.
The ‘Bond Allotment Committee’ in their meeting held today i.e., 17th July 2025, has approved the raising of Debentures as Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each (Series-D 2025) aggregating up to Rs.3000.00 Crore on Private Placement basis, the company stated through exchange filing.

With respect to the size of the issue, the Base Issue Size is Rs.500 Crore, Green Shoe Option is Rs.2500 Crore and the Total Issue Size: Rs. 3000 Crore.
The tenure of the instrument is like Bonds are redeemable at par at the end of 03rd year and interest payment on yearly basis.
Shares of HUDCO are trading down by 1.43% at Rs 229.24 at BSE.
