IGL CARES Project Roshni
New Delhi: As a CSR intervention, since past two years, IGL has been providing preventive healthcare for Government school students and children living in slums at Delhi & Rewari through this project. Implemented through Netram Eye Foundation, project includes rendering free ophthalmic services, screening of vision and refractive errors, free distribution of spectacles & haemoglobin assessment, provision of cataract and squint surgeries.
Project in Rewari has been renewed for another one year.
An agreement was signed last week between IGL and Netram Eye Foundation at IGL Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri Amit Garg, Director (Commercial) signed the agreement on behalf of IGL with Dr. Anchal Gupta, Director, Netram Eye Foundation in presence of senior officials from both the organizations
