Republic day 2022: India celebrates its 73rd Republic Day
Prime Minister also greeted the people on the occasion of Republic Day.

New Delhi: Today India is celebrating its 73rd republic day to mark, and celebrates the date on which the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950.
All over India, people are remembering the day on 15 August 1947, India achieved independence from British Raj. From President to Prime Minister, Indian armed force to country's every citizen today saluting the country's flag.

The prime minister of India Shri Narendra Modi along with President Ram Nath Kovind reached Rajpath for the Republic Day parade where he unfurl the National Flag followed by the National Anthem and a booming 21-gun salute.
