New Delhi: Shri Pradip Kumar Das, Chairman and managing Director of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), has been bestowed with the esteemed "CMD of the Year" award under the Mini-Ratna category at the 13th PSE Excellence Awards, hosted by the Indian Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi today. This prestigious recognition marks the second consecutive financial year in which Shri Pradip Kumar Das has received this accolade, acknowledging his exceptional leadership that has boosted the company's growth, pioneering energy transition initiatives, and outstanding contributions for IREDA and Renewable Energy sector development.

In addition to the top honour, IREDA also emerged as a runner-up in four key categories: "Operational Performance Excellence", "Corporate Governance," "Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability," and "Inclusivity- Contribution of Women and Differently-Abled In". These accolades underscore IREDA's unwavering commitment to excellence across diverse attributes of its operations. The awards were received by Shri Pradip Kumar Das, CMD, IREDA accompanied by Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Director (Finance) and other senior officials of the company.
