Kotak Mahindra in a potential takeover of smaller rival IndusInd Bank

Mumbai: There is a prospect that the Kotak Mahindra Bank is exploring a potential takeover the IndusInd Bank Ltd, accordingly. this deal will be a significant expansion in Kotak Mahindra’s retail banking sector.

The chief communication officer of Kotak Mahindra Group Mr. Rohit Rao said We have no comments to offer. on the other hand, the promoters of the IndusInd Bank said it rumors.
