MCL Organised a Programme on Gender Sensitivity
Sambalpur: Programme on Gender Sensitivity was conducted on 20th May 2019 and 21st May 2019 by Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), WIPS and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL)'s Headquarter. The session was taken by Ms. Manjusha Bhatnagar, Ex-Director (HR), Balmer Lawrie around 250 male and female attend the programmee. The session on 20th May, 2019 was for Non-Executive and 21st May, 2019 was Executive. Faculty taught about the ethics and rules to be followed at work place in order to avoid the cases of Sexual Harassment under Sexual Harassment of women at work place (prevention protection and redressal) Act 2013. Ms. Manjusha Bhatnagar was welcomed by Mrs. Komal Javed, Dy GM (EE) & coordinator, WIPS, MCL in the presence of Mr B C Tripathy, GM (HRD).
