MIDHANI organized Mid-Career training programme for Middle Level Management
New Delhi- MIDHANI organized a Mid-Career training programme for Middle-Level Management from 16th August to 29th August 2022. The training programme was successfully conducted in compliance with the directives of MOD & CVC which include two days of preventive vigilance module and one day of outbound training on a field trip.
On 20th August 2022 - As a part of outbound village exposure, visited Swamy Ramananda Tirtha Rural Institute, Jalalpur and Bhoodhan Pochampally - Weaving Museum and interacted with the farmers and explored the Paddy fields in the Village.
The overall objective of the training programme was designed with a framework to ensure that participants of middle-level management build their core competencies and enhance their skills and area of expertise to utilize the same for our organization's development.
The participants were trained by various internal and external faculty and subject matter experts on various topics related to self–development, Team development and organizational development.
The closing and valedictory ceremony of the training programme was conducted on 29th August 2022.
The valedictory program was graced by Dr Sanjay Kumar Jha, C&MD, MIDHANI, Dr Uppendar Vennam, CVO, Shri N. Gowri Shankar Rao, Director (Finance), Shri. T Muthukumar, Director (Production& Marketing), Shri A. Ramakrishna Rao, General Manager (HR) and Shri TJ Rao, DGM (Admin) graced the occasion. The event was coordinated by Shri Pavan Kumar, DM (COE).
All the participants expressed their views, thoughts, and feedback on the programme. All the participants were honoured with a certificate of participation.
