NBCC Pays Dividend to the Government
New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd. has declared its final dividend and paid the amount of Rs 74.34 crores to the Government of India (GOI) for FY 2017-18.
Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC (India) Ltd handed over the cheque to Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) in presence of Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, Secretary, HUA; Director, NBCC; and other senior officers of the Ministry and NBCC.
The Company has paid a total amount of Rs. 111.11 crores as the dividend for the FY 2017-18 which includes interim dividend of Rs 36.77 crores paid earlier. The final dividend paid by the company for FY 2017-18 is @56% which translates to Rs 0.56 per paid up equity share of Rs 1/-each.
