NCL installed new server-based IP telephone exchanges
Singrauli: NCL has installed new Server-based IP Telephone Exchanges to provide seamless and unflinching voice connectivity at NCL Headquarters, Nigahi Project and Krishnashila Project with combined capacity of 3400 connections.
Communication of voice and data is essential during round the clock Coal Production. It becom es even more vital amid COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdown, when social distancing norms are to be followed and movements are restricted.
These Server-based IP Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange (EPABX Telephone Exchanges) provide 24x7 Voice connectivity, Video Conference for connecting the Areas/Units and outside regions as well, facility for calling on the NCL desk phone through Mobile using the GSM network from any place, Emergency Response System that provides a facility to act instantly in case of an emergency by blasting a message to relevant parties and audio conference of the people involved.
