NCL organising workshop on 'Draft CIL HR Vision 2025'
Through this workshop, the Team HR of NCL is being apprised about the Vision Document to share their constructive views for incorporation.
New Delhi: Northern Coalfields Limited today is organizing a one-day workshop on “Draft CIL HR Vision 2025” in the MDI building where NCL’s HR specialists are brainstorming on the futuristic role and responsibility of HR professionals in line with the transformation of the Coal Industry at large and Coal India in particular.
Dr. Anindya Sinha, Director (Technical/Operations & Personnel) inaugurated the workshop. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sinha states that the workshop is a golden opportunity to formulate a lucid, empirical, and integrated human resource policy. Dr. Sinha expressed hope that the vision document will play a crucial role in the integration of individual goals with organizational goals.
The “Draft CIL HR Vision 2025” has been formulated by a team constituted by the holding company, Coal India Limited, spearheaded by Sri Charles Juster, GM(Personnel), NCL. Through this workshop, the Team HR of NCL is being apprised about the Vision Document to share their constructive views for incorporation.
