Neelam Agrawal nominated as Director of Indian Overseas Bank
Currently, she is Director under Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services.
The Central Government has nominated Ms. Neelam Agrawal to be the Director of the Indian Overseas Bank’s Board. Currently, she is a Director under the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services.
This is to inform that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act,1970, the Central Government, vide Notification eF. No.6/2(ii)/2022-BO.I dated 05th August, 2024 has nominated Ms. Neelam Agrawal (Director, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services) as Director on the Board of Indian Overseas Bank with immediate effect and until further orders, as per the regulatory filing made.
