NLC India organised 'C' Level certificate program in Project management
New Delhi: NLC India Limited, a Navratna - Govt. of India Enterprise, under the Ministry of Coal, organised a program on “C” Level Certification in Project Management at Learning and Development Centre, Neyveli, as part of its committed efforts in developing young talents of the company in the execution of present and future projects & also as part of succession planning. The program was piloted by Project Management Associates India (PMA) which is affiliated to International Project Management Associates (IPMA).

They were awarded IPMA “C” Level Certificate in Project Management by the Chairman and Managing Director of NLCIL Shri PRASANNA KUMAR MOTUPALLI in the august presence of Shri SAMIR SWARUP Director HR, NLCIL. Shri A.Kr.SARAVANABHAVAN General Manager (i/c)/Learning and Development Centre also graced the occasion.

Such programs would help the company in promoting and spreading NLCIL's spirit of Project Excellence across industries in terms of performance in project management, approach and results through the young talents who acquired knowledge in the above certification program.
