NLC organizes Clean India Camps in Surrounding Villages
Neyveli. NLC India Limited throughout the month of March 2017 extensively organized Various programmes in Neyveli and peripheral villages, on 1st march it inagurated "Swatch Shakti Saptah" for 15 days with a mission to encourage Women Participation and others towards proper sanitation and cleanliness and “Clean India Activities” including Mass Cleaning drive of Water Bodies such as Lakes and ponds under the national mission of Swachh Bharat.
As part of this “Swachh Shakti Saptah", NLC IL organizined various trainings, campaigns, competitions ,Street plays etc. in Neyveli and Surrounding peripheral Villages insisting on the importance of the construction of latrines, promoting sanitation programmes, cleaning streets, roads and to generate awareness and motivate people to adopt Sanitation& Cleanliness as a way of life.
NLCI General Hospital doctors imparted the training on the concept “Women & Hygiene” & “ Importance of ‘sanitation and the role of Women” where in large number of women Self Help Groups, members of nearby villages and school Girl Children actively participated. During the camps, Cleaning Kits, Exam Kits Embroidery Kits provided as per requirement.

Mohan CGM/CSR honouring Smt.Suguna leader of Self Help Group B1 Rehabilitation Centre in a Felicitation function , for involving in the month long Mass Cleaning Drive organized by NLCIL under Swach Bharath in the month of March 2017.
