NSIC conducted An ice breaking session for new Strategic Business Units at New Delhi
New Delhi: An ice breaking session for new Strategic Business Units (SBUs) was conducted on 04th Sep 2019 at SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Mr. Ram Mohan Mishra CMD, The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.-NSIC inaugurated the program. Mr. P. Udayakumar (Director- Planning and Marketing) and Mr. Gaurang Dixit (Director - Finance) were also present in the program and shared their insights about different Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
62 applicants / volunteers from various rungs of employees who opted for one or more than one choices were called to have a brainstorming session to bring about more clarity to new business verticals and discussion about their possible contribution. HODs gave presentation and shared their plans and viewpoints on their different area of SBU. Mr. Siddharth, a motivational speaker was also called for session on Change Management.
