NTPC PMI team emerged as National Winners in PSU category at AIMA's 10th Pragati Best Practices Competition
New Delhi: The team from NTPC PMI comprising of Ms. Kena Shree, DGM (HR), and Ms. Vasudha Sharma, Manager (HR) emerged as National Winners in the PSU category at the AIMA's 10th Pragati Best Practices Competition for presenting "Best Practices in NTPC L&D".
This Competition is a unique program that encourages women's participation in leadership at the national level. The theme for this year was “Equality today for a Sustainable Tomorrow – Lead the Change”.
The Best Practices Competition was organized in two categories - Private and PSUs in which teams from GAIL, IOCL, RBI, BOSCH, among others presented before an esteemed jury on the Best Practices of their Orgainisation, and one best team in each category was declared the winner.
